Bill Lester enters his 3rd season as the Varsity Head Coach and his 14th year overall with the Ridge Boys’ Basketball program. In 2024–25, he led Ridge to a 22–7 record, a Somerset County Tournament semifinal appearance, and a North 2, Group 4 sectional semifinal, bringing his varsity record to 37–17 over the last two seasons.
Lester was a three-time letter winner at The College of New Jersey, where he served as team captain during his senior season (2013) and graduated with a degree in Mathematics Education. Prior to TCNJ, he was a 2008 graduate of Middlesex High School, where he was a two-sport varsity letterwinner, two-sport team captain, and team MVP.
Lester has built his career around teaching the game through inspiration, passion, and selflessness, with a commitment to helping young athletes grow on and off the court.

(ret.) Ridge High School Varsity Boys' Head Coach (2011-2023)
Brian Feath served as the Varsity Boys’ Head Coach at Ridge High School from 2011–2023 and Middlesex High School from 2005–2011, establishing himself as one of New Jersey’s most accomplished and respected high school basketball coaches. During his career, he became Ridge’s all-time winningest coach, eclipsed 300 career victories, and captured multiple championships, highlighted by a Somerset County title, Skyland Conference and Len Sepanek Tournament championships, and numerous postseason runs. His leadership and success earned him some of the state’s highest honors, including New Jersey State Coach of the Year by The Star-Ledger (2013), Courier News Area Coach of the Year (2009, 2013), and Greater Middlesex Conference Coach of the Year (2010).
Known for building programs rooted in discipline, accountability, teamwork, and skill development, Feath consistently elevated his teams into perennial contenders and molded them into fundamentally sound, unselfish, and mentally tough units. NJ.com highlighted his work at Ridge, noting that he had turned the program into “one of the best public programs in the state,” praising his teams for being among “the most disciplined and fundamentally sound squads in New Jersey.” Beyond the wins and recognition, Feath is widely respected for his ability to connect with student-athletes, develop leaders, and foster a culture that helps young people succeed on and off the court. Today, he continues to impact the game through United NJ AAU and youth travel basketball, mentoring the next generation with the same passion, standards, and integrity that defined his coaching tenure.
